Use of Work
The design and any other physical examples of work undertaken during the course of the commission shall be used for no other purpose than that for which it was first designed, without prior consent from Da Vinci 1995 Limited

Any of our designs for use as a logo on a business sign may not be used in a wider context to represent your company on a vehicle or on company stationery.
Similarly, if designed for a vehicle, a design may not be used on other signs or on printed stationery without permission.

Copyright
It is important for clients to be aware that the purchase of a sign or vehicle livery does not entitle the client to use the design as part of their corporate identity. Purchase of design work does not mean that the design itself has been bought. Legally copyright and other industrial rights of all sketches, full layout drawings and mock-ups, remain the property of Da Vinci 1995 Ltd., unless otherwise stated or specified in writing. Payment to Da Vinci 1995 Ltd does not include assignment of those rights. They may not be used either directly or by third parties for the purpose of creating signs and logos.

Client Supplied Artwork
Artwork we are given to copy for customers' signs or vehicles is accepted on the understanding that approval for its use has first been obtained from the original design source.

Value Added Tax
Da Vinci 1995 Ltd will charge the current rate of VAT applicable on all their invoices All prices quoted exclude this tax.

Terms of Credit
New clients are asked to settle accounts on completion of work suppled. Once a client has been passed for credit acceptance, this will extend to 30 days from invoice date.
